She was only out in the waiting room for 45 minutes. In my ER (which again, is overrun by illegals), 45 minutes would be a dream. Try more like 6-8 hours...

Poor management is only part of the problem.
However, the poor judgment and the poor assessment skills of the nurse who was taken care of Ms. Rodriquez is really the "cause of death."
Think about it....she came in and c/o of abd pain, then she collapsed on the floor. Don't you think this is a big red flag. The good thing is...that nurse has already been resigned, so she is not going to hurt another person.
What bothers me the most is Ms. Rodriquez had to suffer so much before the end of her life. This is very unacceptable. If you do that to a dog in New York City, you might have to go to jail for it.
Rest in peace...Ms. Rodriquez.
