Where do you get your CE (continuing education) hours?

I was just wondering where people get their CEs from. I know some people that make a vacation around a seminar and get their CEs that way, I know some that use free sites to get theirs, I know some that have a subscription to some pay-sites that offer more specialized CEs.

I was just wondering what you guys use?

Also I'd appreciate some links to websites if that's allowed.

I'm really wondering if Medscape is "too good to be true" and if anybody has ever had any problems using their CEs to renew their license before.

Thanks!

I've used Medscape for years, with no problems.

Well I've been in school the past 3 years and haven't had to worry about it, but usually I use a combination of seminars, in-services at work, Medscape and sometimes some of the study at home options if I need more hours.

We get enough ISUs and mandatory classes at work to cover the CEU requirements in our state (which is 30 hours to renew every other year)

I post the same questions earlier like you did, you can find more info over my post too

I'm not sure of the cost to an individual. However, our non profit uses CE Direct which allows us to get hours on our own time and I've accrued quite a bit whilst in my PJs watching some mindless non-sense in the background. I really do like CE direct because many of the modules are audio/video/text and appeal to multiple learning styles.
