    Hi everyone,
This is a bit off the topic but, I'll be starting my 2nd year in a 3 year ADN program and I was wondering how you decide where you want to work after you become a nurse?

I haven't even done clinicals yet, but I think I would be happy in the ER or surgery. Also what other trainning will I require if I want to work in either of these departments?

    Thank you for your time.
