What do you think about floaters?

I do have one tiny floater which I got last April or May. It shrunk but it did not completely go away. I can't imagine how other people with severe floaters feel. I found this online petition for cure on floaters. Maybe some of you who would like to support the petition make an entry there:

I actually thought you were referring to hospital unit floaters until I took the time to read your post. You know, the nurses who float to different departments on a daily basis. :)

When I saw the word floater, I thought of the floaters in a hospital too. Sorry. I'll have to check out the websites you posted, to understand what you mean.

I don't experience the sparkles, I occasionally have a random floater. If I see a flash of light, well...that usually means a bad headache coming on, and I quickly take two Tylenols.
