It is so nice to see others getting their degree later in life. I was starting to feel old! I started when I was 39 and will be 41 when I graduate. I probably won't have my bachelors until I am at least 43!

I'll be 46 when I graduate Apr 08. I'm by no means the oldest in the class either

I started at 19 , was 21 when I finished in Germany a long time ago. My degree was not accepted when i came to the US with my husband in 1990. Well, this has been a long time ago , so I decided to go back to school . I am now 42, I am in my sec. semester and will be almost 44 when I graduate with my RN here in the US.

I was 33 when I started and will be 36 when I graduate with a BSN in 2009. I have a BA in English from right after high school. I am married and have 2 children (7 and 8). It is much harder to go to school now with kids, husband, house etc. but I am enjoying every second and can't wait to be a nurse!!:spin:

I will be graduating in May 2007 with my BS in Nursing at age 44. This degree will go along with my A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering, my B.S. in Business Management and my M.B.A. in Finance. I have been married for almost 12 years, my wife is disabled and has been blind for 3 of the last 4 years (her sight is restored after 7 surgurys) we have 1 daughter age 6 in 1st grade. I can say that after seeing and doing much in my life that Nursing school has in fact been an experience that has taught me alot about myself as well as others. I would do it all over again in a heart beet in spite of the high level of difficulty involved. Patient care is very rewarding.
