You can also look on this website. http://www.ratracerebellion.com It is a reputable website for work at home professionals. I have used it to find good paying work at home jobs for myself. If you look on the left hand side you will find a medical/health section. Click on it and it will give you a list of companies that hire work at home people in your field. Also, if you look at "Today's Leads" you may find job posting for your background in your area. I saw a really good RN job in Houston last month. Good luck and let me know if you need more help.

Definitely nurse educator, Advice nurse (Kaiser uses many for over the phone), MDS coordinator (SNF), Legal nurse, occupational nursing (generally less physical)
