Are there employers willing to hire nurses who are about to take the SEC in canada?

by bing131

hi, i am registered nurse here in the phil and is currently in practice. i am very interested to work in canada since there are lots of job vacancies there for nurses. i have completed my requirements and was advised to take the clinical competence assessment in manitoba. i think i have to comply with this first in order to obtain an eligibility to take the CRNE which is needed by the employer hospital.

my question is... are there also employers willing to hire me as a temporary registered nurse while waiting for my CCA assessment days and its result?

hope someone can shed a light on this....
