Thank you to the PCA's :)

I just want to say thank you to all the PCA's who care about their job and go above and beyond. Last night we were very understaffed and I had 8 patients and was in charge and 2 pool nurses were working. The patients are VERY high acuity and I had 2 that needed sitters and did not have them. The PCA who was working came in and helped me out without being asked, and this made it a lot easier to do my job and do it right. This also leads to better outcomes for the patients. I know our jobs are tough but we all need to work together. I just want to thank all the PCA's who give a d**!!!
