? on term for narc change

Does anyone know what the proper term is for changing from IV or IM narcs to PO narc meds? I have never heard of a specific term but apparently there is one. Do any of you know?

The term of converting to an equivalent dose of a pain med in another form is equianalgesic dosing. Perhaps that's what you're thinking of?
