Talent Plus Interviewing Process

I have a second telephone interview tomorrow for a hospital position. This telephone interview will be conducted by Talent Plus and the results sent to the NM that I interviewed with previously for candidacy selection. Anyone have experience with this type of interview? What should I expect? Thanks for your help!
