Still in school.. need some job advice

Ok.. here is the deal.. I am a nursing student.. 1 yr left to graduate. I work PRN a couple of days a month at a local hospital as a PCT. I have been working since Mid November as a Healthcare Recruiter. Well, the company I am working for has not panned out like I had hoped, but I love the job and would love to find a job doing the same thing (well, almost the same thing.. I would like to actually make some money this time), with a company that is top notch. So.. what I need.. are recommendations.. you can send them in private if you want, so this does not turn into a recruiter thread.. but I need the names of good, reliable, top-notch companies that you would recommend for someone that wants to stay in recruiting at least till the end of nursing school, and maybe longer.. I have this dream of being a RN Traveler and Recruiter. Thanks in advance for your help.
