Soboxone interactions related to Opiod Detox medications


What interactions does Suboxone 4mg po have with the following medications:

Vistaril 50 mg po, Clonidine, 0.1mg po, Dicyclomiine (Bentyl) 20 mg po, Ibuprofen 600 mg po, Methocarbimol(Robaxin) 750 mg po, & Phenobarbital 30 mg po. Also 2 hrs later Doxepin 50mg po was given.
The patient was on the above medication regamine for opiod Detox. found & pt admitted to Suboxone contraband use as stated above. Pt was sent to local ER.
