    After my interview, they asked me to come back and shadow a nurse for a few hours, on a OB floor. What should I expect? What types of questions should I ask? Any tips and advise would be great. This is a position i really want. Thanks in advance!

    Amazes me that you would shadow. What about HIPAA risks? I don't know what to expect except they can see if you are compatible with them
