Seeking work from home advice nurse postion

I am seeking a position to work from home as an advice nurse. Does anyone know if these positions require that you work in the state you are hired? Or can you work from any state?
I have heard that McKesson uses work at home nurses, but don't know if they require you to live in the state where the call center is?
Is there anyone out there currently in this profession and if so, how does it work? Do you like this line of work? Are there any day positions or are they just evening and nights?
