School nursing.

Hi my name is Ashley and I'm a health assistant at an Elementry school. Due to budget cuts the school nurse is only here about 2 to 3 days a week, so the other days I'm considered the school nurse. I'm vey new at my job and want to try to be the best assistant school nurse as possible. Does anyone possibly have some tricks, hints, or words of encouragement for me. Thank you
