IS THEIR ANY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR NURSING OUT THEIR?

There are many scholarships available to students. I am receiving a returning student scholarship currently and have also received book scholarships in the past. Although these scholarships are not nursing specific, they still pay for my nursing classes. My school also offers 2 nursing specific scholarships which are available through the nursing directors.
I don't know how scholarships work where you live, but for me it worked like this:
1st I had to apply for financial aid (which I didn't qualify for). Next I spoke with someone in the financial aid office at my school and she gave me forms for all the various scholarships that I was eligible for. After filling out the forms and writing essays for them, it was a waiting game. My efforts paid off. My tution has been paid for the last 4 semesters via scholarships.
If there are no scholarships available through financial aid, try talking to someone in charge of the nursing dept. at your school or even one of the teachers. They will usually have information on any nursing specific scholarships available. I think there may even be some state health scholarships which will pay for your tuition in full as long as you work in the health field for 2 years after graduation. I'm not sure about this one, but your instructors should know.
Good luck with everything!
