    Is $32 per hour plus an 8% shift diff good pay for a staff RN with 30 years of experience in the Illinois/Missouri/Kansas part of the country?

    Well... I know a nurse that has 4 years experience and lives in cowboy country and makes 28.00 plus shift diffs....
