As a nurse returning to school, I would like to discuss how we deal with stress, and change. How do we keep ourselves sane , and our families together? I have a type A spouse, and of course, I am type A personality too. Any tips on stress reduction and care of self during transition?

Reliance on support from your classmates goes a long way towards stress reduction. Exercise helps. Good luck!

Everyone manages stress differently but here are a few suggestions:take a long soak in the tub, sit on your front porch and look at the stars, turn off the Tv 15 minutes earlier than usual and practice deep breathing, read a trashy romance novel,etc.
Its vital that you take a few minutes EVERY DAY to unwind and relax. You deserve it so go for it!Good luck!
