I also live in Seattle, but I think that SmilingBluEyes covered the bases in Seattle. There's Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, which is 30 minutes south of Seattle http://www.plu.edu/~nurs.

There are also several community colleges. There's Bellevue Community, across Lake Washington from Seattle.

Also, the U of Washington was the first magnet hospital.

I also live in Seattle. I attended Seattle University. Now I am working at Children's.

Have her look into different programs. There are tons of different programs as mentioned above.

Shoreline Community College, my alma mater, has an incredible reputation. Shoreline graduates are well respected in the community.
