Returning to Nursing-separate heading

I have been out of nursing for about 10 years. I have a BSN and 8 years' ICU/CCU experience, fulltime. (To Administrators of Allnurses: Would you consider having a separate heading for Nurses wishing to get back into the clinical setting?)

Also, does anyone have any advice for me? I know a refresher course is in order, but what are the prospects for my getting back into Critical Care after that? Thanks so much!
