The site has changed a lot since the last time I've been here! I hope I'm putting this in the right place...
I'm looking for the advice of someone who has worked as a supervisor/LVN or RN position in Assisted Living, preferably in a facility where the primary focus is SNF. This is mostly for chain of command purposes.
I'm a caregiver (and med tech, and technically CNA too, although I'm not actively using that license at the moment even though it's still valid). I feel like I am having some serious problems with my A/L supervisor (it's a pretty particular situation, and you never know who's lurking on the intarwebs) so as silly as it sounds I am looking for help via PM only.
It's a bit of a long story but I've got it typed out for the most part and if anyone would be willing to offer their counsel I would be very appreciative. I am really ready to jump ship on this one no matter how much I love my residents and I am wondering if I am in the right or if I am overreacting or what.
