is pyridoxine give usually with INH?

one textbook says it is given usually with INH to prevent peripheral neuropathy

my other med-surg textbook says that it is given during high-dose INH

many resources suggest giving both the meds together to prevent INH neuritis.

agree, most of the TB patients we have are prescribed with Pyridoxine together w/ Rifater (Rifampicin/Isoniazid/Pyrazinamide)
