Peer review form?


hey! my PACU is looking at developing a peer review form. does anyone have any suggestions or an actual form they use that you could share? i'd be most appreciative! THANKS!!

We used peer review forms in my Rn program. they were just like any other review forms. I think it sounds like a good idea. However the supervisor should just write all the comments on another paper before everyone sees what was written to avoid hurt feeling with hand righting recognision. or have everyone type them. They can be constructive critism.
