Peak and Trough levels through central lines

    I haven't seen those type policies in the midwest or Florida.

    That doesn't mean it is not a good idea though.

    That is not our policy, but I wish it were. I am never comfortable drawing levels from any line that has had the same med infused through it, but our policy is that as long as you "waste", it's ok. I don't agree, but do it anyway. I will admit though, we have not had any problems with high levels. Anytime we have high levels that were drawn through a line, we will redraw peripherally and have seen no drastic change in the two.
