Operating Room Nurse - Likes and Dislikes

I am interested in learning "the real deal" about working in the OR as a nurse. I have a friend who is interested in focusing on that area and she needs more information? What do you like? What do you hate? Are you a scrub nurse or a circulating nurse? Is there a difference? Thanks in advance for your insights... and happy holidays.
