I guess the law would be to impersonate a doctor then, not call yourself a doctor..
I agree that this happens with every profession though.

On Grey's Anatomy, for the most part, the residents confine themselves to sleeping with other doctors...only one occasion was it a nurse. So, nurses win on that show at least. They come out looking better than the doctors...lol. (Not that they ever show many nurses...it's a surgeon's world there).
