telll u this.....never ever rub the pillow...guess what would happen next....u will invite more pt to be admitted in the ward....dont know if it happens to you but in my place..it surely is true......

Mozart, haven't heard that one. But we have one where we tie a knot at the end of the top sheet of a dying pt so they won't die on our shift. It worked for me once.

I am liking these creepythreads and I am bringing this one back to life

I agree with the death coming in threes, and also about leaving the window open a crack

    Never say the Q word!

Oh and one I wanted to add, my mom always says that if you see a bird outside on the window ledge it means someone you know is going to die.. It has definently happened at the hospital :spin:

Am definitely going to try tying a knot in the corner to delay passing.Another way I was taught was to keep their feet warm"they die from the feet up".Also if possible leave the bed empty for 24 hours preferably unmade.I always tell the spirit to have a safe journry to speed them on their way.If there is a crow hanging about there will be a death in the family.

I don't know about you guys, but on our floor, the deaths frequently happy in a certain room.

So, does that mean that the bird that has been trying to get in my kitchen window for a month, hanging on the ledge is the predictor of BAD things to come???
I have a bracelet that is good luck, and one that it BAD...

Just sitting here, contemplating the bird sitting on my window ledge (I swear I heard him mumble something that sounded like never more, or was it never mind…) Well anyways, I am wearing my LUCKY scrubs, not that I am superstitious or anything, way too logical for that. Anywho, still haven’t figured out what the The “Q word” is, (can you help me out here?) but I know I have used my share of Q words today…..well, got to go and knot a sheet….

In the psyche unit, We usually have our patients come over and over again. And each time you remember or wonder about a really troublesome patient.....gee...there he appears...in full relapse...again for a admission
