I am from Texas and am considering a move to Colorado. I am an RN, and would like to hear from others concerning the employment prospects for RN's in Colorado, especially the mountain regions! I have a solid backround in med-surg-cardiac nursing, as well as home health/case management. I am a single mom..so any help/ideas are greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I am also looking to move to Colorado when I finish my BSN in nursing. Particularily I am looking in the Denver Metro area. I plan on working in Med/Surg to start or if the hospital has a good orientation program (3 mos. or more) I may try ICU. I have also found a $10,000 sign on bonus for Pueblo, CO if you have 1 year of experience. If any one has any comments or works as a nurse in Colorado, feel free to e-mail me or post a message. Also if anyone works in a resort hospital such as Vail Valley or Steamboat Springs, I would love to hear from you, that is my dream job!
