    Who cares if it is "proper"? Is it "proper" for them to hang all of the blame when things go wrong on the unfortunate nurses who was in the wrong place at the wrong time? I say to heck with what is "proper", and CYA!!!

    Well I hae done it...phhhh.
    I just wondered how legal it was. It isn't a part of the medical record and I have a bad memory if something goes to court.
