New Grad seeking job

Hello everyone,

I am a new Grad BSN and would really like to work in arizona at Gilbert Mercy Hospital. I was an LPN for 8 years prior to getting my RN degree and now am having a great amount of difficulty even getting the hospital staff to return my calls. Any suggestions, or help anyone can give me would be appreciated.

send the hr department a letter, stating your experiences and how u would really like to be given an interview, they'll call you back... Go in and hand them the letter, that'll get you something for sure

Go directly to the floor you would like to work for and give the unit manage your resume portfolio. See if she will talk to you. People do it all the time and it works.
