Need some help with an assignment!

Hi! I am in my first semester of my master's program for Family Nurse Practitioner. I am having trouble coming up with any ideas for my last paper. I was wondering if anyone could help?

I need to find a problem or a concern that could use change relating to the role of an APN. I need to implement a process of change.

This is my actual description of my assignment:

The purpose is to become familiar with a major issue that you would like to see changed within your chosen advanced practice role, to be able to thoroughly discuss the issue and the implications for advanced nursing practice.

Guidelines:

• <LI class=MsoNormal>Select an issue related to your chosen area of interest (ie. NP, CNS, CNL, Educator, Administrator). Email your topic choice to your instructor by Oct. 31st. (This paper is 20% of course grade and is used as the artifact for your portfolio) <LI class=MsoNormal>Identify the issue and present a relevant review of the literature. (5/20%) <LI class=MsoNormal>Present a change theory and apply that change theory to your plan for dealing with your chosen issue. (5/20%) <LI class=MsoNormal>Discuss implications for advanced practice. (5/20%)
• Use correct grammar/spelling, correct APA format and reference correctly in APA style. (5/20%)
