(Interview Questions)
1. What qualties are impotant for an effective nurse leader?
2. How did you discover that you had leadership potential?
3. What are yor primary leadership responsibilities in your current role?
4. What has been the greatest accomplishment in your current role that you are proudest of?
5. What has been the greatest challenge in your current role?
6. How do you handle conflicts with staff and what process do you use to resolve these conflicts?
7. What is the most recent change that you have had to implement and how did your staff adapt to the change?
8. What causes your staff the greatest stress in their job? What do you do to help manage this stress?
9. What is the biggest problem that ou have noticed when nurses delegate jobs or tasks to others?
10. What is the greatest challange for the future of nursing?
11. What conclusions or reflections did you have about the interview?

I really appreciate you helping me on this. I know an RN that just graduated last year and she is in charge of the MA's of the clinic, but do to the inexpierence I did not want to use her.
