NEED advice pls. NEW LVN

hi i got my license after 1 year i graduated....and i know for a fact that i lost all my nursing skill and knowledge....i really want to be ready and prepared when i start working....any advice please??? is there any course or program that i can take to re-fresh my nursing skills and also....where is the BEST place to look for a job that will prob. hired me and willing to orientate me since im a new lpn speicaly when it took me 1 year before passing my state board....i really need a JOB...please HELP...thank you...
