I was wondering is there such a program where a person with absolutely no nursing background and a bachelor's degree in another field, can get their FNP in 2 years? It that possible?

So do I. It's just someone told me about this and I just can't seem to wrap my head around it. How can that be possible? I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.

Could it be that they mean after the prelicensure year portion of the program? Prelicensure year is technically not part of the MSN/FNP curriculum, but you must be an RN before beginning coursework for a Master's in Nursing. Prelicensure year + 2 years of MSN/FNP coursework and clinicals.

There are direct-entry programs, but they are usually a minimum of three years, usually the first year being used to train for RN license.

I would recommend not taking the quick route and actually get some experience before deciding to become a Nurse Practitioner.

There are direct-entry programs. Usually this consists of a MSN with the first-year prelicensure and then 2 years of graduate work, or a paired/dual-admission ABSN/MSN program which is 12-18 months BSN + a 2 year MSN. In both cases there are usually 1-2 years worth of pre-req courses that need to be taken before applying to the program(s).
