Hello..im an LPN in New York & I signed up with Mollen about a month ago. I read a post saying something about LPNs not being able to do something w/o an RN present yadda yadda..well I called them & inquired about this, & the young lady said there will always be an RN present. I've done flu clinics before, fast paced & pretty fun. But who knows until it actually starts. I received an email today saying that the training will begin between August 10-16th & schedules will be posted August 17-23rd. If I hear anything else, ill let you guys know

Hi, new grad RN here in CO who also signed up with Mollen.

I got a call from them the day after I applied, and the woman was very personable and informative. I faxed my paperwork in a few days ago but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone gotten any information on when the online training will be available?

I'm really excited about this opportunity! It sounds like it could be fun as well as a great learning experience.

I faxed in my information to them on July 8. On July 28 I got an email from them saying that the online orientation would be available Aug 10 - 16 and that the online scheduler tool would be available Aug 17-23. It says all the HR paperwork must be received and validated before you can gain access to either the training or scheduling.
Later that day I got another email from them that said some of the paperwork I submitted wasn't legible via fax and gave me an email address to resend a couple of the pages. I haven't heard anything else back from them.
Hope this helps!

Thank you, this helps a lot. At least I know that I haven't missed out on anything yet. How did you send your paperwork via email? Did you use a scanner and then attach them as a file? I'm sure I'll be getting the same email about my paperwork being illegible. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get the copies of my ID's to be light.

I also got the e-mail notification that my documents were illegible. I contacted a rep and asked if I could just send all the original documents certified mail to them and she said that would be fine. I did so and recieved confirmation that documents were all recieved and that I was now officially hired as a team member. I am now awaiting the training docs and information to come to me. Faxing all that information to them was far more expensive that I thought it would be and turned out to be all for not. So, it's far less expensive to send in a priority mailer with confirmation via the post office worked out much better. No disputing the paperwork if it is all originals. Faxes come through so smeared and murky.

I did scan and attach my docs to an email. I was sending my birth certificate as one of my I-9 documents. Today I called to check and see if everything had come through ok and the HR rep I talked to said my birth certificate was still too blurry. I can't find my copy of my social security card which probably would scan better because the birth certificate is on that paper that shows "VOID" all over it when copied. Tomorrow I'm just going to go to the SS office and get a new copy of my card since the birth certificate has been too much hassle. I am anxious to start this job. I am also very curious as to how many clinics they'll have available in my area.
