re: Mollen Immunization Clinic - What's your experience?
If its like last year:
1. Supportive work environment? Not so much. Its very independently run, but if you have questions you can try calling the main office; someone usually answers. Orientation is a couple hours and apparently is online this year. They tell you who not to give the shots too, explain the attrition form, and harp on the insurance issue. The insruance is the biggest problem because it seems to change daily as to which ones they accept.
2. typical day is to show up 30 mins before the shift starts, set up the table/vaccines/forms. give shots for the allotted amount of time to people as they show up. then tear down and clean up in the last half hour.
3. you don't transport the vaccine. all supplies are delivered before you get there.
