Is Middle East the best place to earn money????

Hi,

I'm a 1st year student studying in London, and am trying to find out if its worth while going to Dubai after i qualify, ( i know im thinking far into the future) to earn higher wages so myself and partner can come back after afew years out there and buy a house here. As when looking in the back of Nursing standerds etc its appears that you can earn a fair amount tax free but when i have looked into it on line you only seem to be able to earn apprx £1500 GBP. So not sure if its worth going there if thats all you can earn per month! Is this the best place to earn money fast or are there other places in the big wide world where we could do this so????? Any advice would be helpful .

Thnx. :biere:

Although if you are already rich or royalty, Dubi may be a wonderful place to be. However, i wonder if nurses wouldnt be treated same as any other service staff there. Which from what ive heard is pretty poorly. Dont know if it would be worth taking the self confidence hit being treated like a second rate human. Not sure do your research carefully.

welcome to the site, check out the international and UK forum as I think there are a couple of threads about this. I am sure they usually ask for a couple of years experience and usually see jobs advertised in the nursing time

first you need to get your training out of the way, most places I think will ask for some experience before they will consider you. I have had a few friends that have worked in Dubai and they loved it, in fact one didnt want to come back to the UK but did so for her childrens education, they lived in a compound with other UK citizens and from what my friends say the sense of community in these compounds is great. Remember any salary quoted will be tax free.
