Men's shoes

  1. Howdy all,
I am looking for some advice on the most comfortable shoes to wear for work. The "run of the mill sneakers" just isn't cutting it. Also, does any one use a particular insert or orthotic device. My feet aren't killing me too bad yet, but I would like to prevent any potential problems.
Thanks and have a good weekend,
    Craig

My recommendation is to find the best podiatrist in your area (must be a good one with a good repuation because a poor podiatrist will make this worse). Then shell out the bucks for custom orthodics. You'll be happy you did. By the way, make sure the podiatrist can do a gait analysis.

I'm not a nurse yet, but I do work in a wafer manufacturing plant on a raised metal floor (a verrrrry unforgiving raised metal floor) which has caused more than its share of problems for my co-workers and I over the course of many years. This is the only surefire method I've seen.

    Good luck to you!

I think the brand Merrell carries a selection of men's shoes.
