Who has time to give one at a time with a flush in between, especially when you are giving alot. If you crush them all and let them dissolve in water, giving them enough time to completely dissolve, then flush after administering, there should be no problem with a clog...you are pushing all liquid because everything is in the water. I have never had a problem with a clog unless I didnt flush all the meds through afterward thoroughly. But you do as your instructor says, that is what will pass you.

oh, but definitely check placement prior to ever giving anything thru that tube.

If you don't have a mortar and pestle on your floor, do what I do:

Put the pills between two medicine cups and use the flat end of anything (usually my pen) to mash 'em in. :)

Works pretty good - even for some of those granular abonimations! :uhoh21:
