MDS coord. HELP!!!

for medicare PPS assessment.......in the state of florida, is section 2 OF the MDS T section required to be completed for all MDS assessments (5,14,30,60, etc.); the section asking for gait/ambulation distance, minutes to perform activity, assistance required during episode, etc.?

please help

Been a while since I've done one but I believe that this info must be on there to be able to skill them for reimbursement.

I don't know about Florida, but in Nebraska, we only do it on the Admission Assessment.
