You should be provided a copy of the current text when you enroll in a course. ENA recommends that the course coordinator provide you a copy at least 30 days prior to the course commencement date.

I have seen them on Amazon.com from $31.50 used and $178.36 new. This is for the 3rd edition (most current). You might be able to purchase the current copy from the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Course Operations.

Contacting a course coordinator might be another option. For a listing of courses in your area use the ENA State Councils and Chapters web site and click on your state.

I hope this information was helpful.
