Try this link for a really good insite into life expetency and some really good health education. My life expectancy is 83 but if I make some valuable life changes I could increase my chances of a healthy life.

We all know these changes but each person who takes the test will get their own print out of improvements which can be made, and it contains the rationale behind the recommendations.

So I'm not sure If I really want to be 100 or not...my life expectancy is 79. :pumpiron: Seems like a good survey! Thanks!

Mine was/is 85, but making changes reported that I could add 7.75 years to make it to almost 93. Woohoo - :yelclap::yelclap::yelclap:

Mine is 88. I can add more than 10 years if I make changes. Not sure I'd want to live to 98 or more though.

Well, this thing thinks I'm sticking around to 92 unless I "change my ways" and attempt to live longer!

LOL, I think I ought to be a little "badder" .... :)

I am being way to good, hit 98. Gotta start doing something less healthful.... like Starbucks and junk food. Still can't give up being Vegan.

I'm supposed to die when I'm 87.

I gave it to my boyfriend via email, and he sent it back. He said his was 34.

I don't know if he's joking around or being serious. :uhoh21:

How freaky...I stumbled upon this about a week ago before ever reading this post! My LE is 82...which I find hard to believe (I admitted I am a smoker, have a family history of heart disease, do not excercise, and eat a high fat diet). They must put alot of stock in the advancements in health care...

It should have had a little disclaimer at the bottom of the page that said...you may live to be 82, but you'll have to have a CABG, a permanent pacemaker, a feeding tube, and live your last 15 years on a portable ventilator...keep up the good work! lol

(i know...I have a morbid sense of humor)
