License App For Another State That Requires Employer Referral

I'm applying for licensure in another state that requires a reference from my current employer. If the state contacts my current employer, they'll know I'm seeking other employment - help!

Which state is this, as not seen employer reference before to obtain license by endorsement.....learn something new here everyday.

If only way to obtain license is with employer reference, I'd see if youcan send last employer evaluation with application. If not, then will need to obtain from employer; they'll need to know at sometime your looking for "other job oportunities to broaden my career" at some time in the future.

They may have openings in their organization that your unaware of that may be presented to you during just to keep you aboard.
