This was origanally on another post, but I felt it deserved it's own post It's no wonder the public gets the idea that we are handmaidens. Did anyone see Jay Leno last night? One of his "jokes" was that he had seen on CNN that there was a nursing shortage. And we can't do without nurses, because without nurses there would be no more Media movies. Someone originally posted this and i could'nt believe it I have written to NBC and complained about it....everyone here should do the same! [email protected] is the email.....lets be heard!!!

I just sent an e mail too..makes my blood boil....I agree...we need to send this to Letterman...he honored his open heart nurses on his show...he has class and now has a new viewer!!!!! NURSES UNITE!!!!!!

Okay went one step more...I sent an email to the ANA asking them to contact the Leno show also...I don't know if they will, but it is worth the time it took me to write it....my husband told me last night...you love starting trouble don't you,lol....I just told him I am so good at it.....everyone write please

Would you consider emailing your poem to the Leno Show? It does much more than protest his rude comments, rather it gives a picture of how things really are.

I sent Mr.Leno his e-mail last night and told him that a HIgh colonic enema with the garden hose on full force would probably clean up his act! I pity him when he's admitted into some hospital one day b/c the nurses aren't going to be too friendly! And it will happen. But I'd LMAO if a nurse came into his room with a garden hose...
