I need some help- it appears I've lost my touch with starting IVs. I usually get an initial flash, then lower and advance slightly but only get a small amount in the chamber. Can't get the catheter to slide easily off the needle and it blows every time lately. Not sure what I'm doing wrong! Before when I would get them the whole chamber would immediately fill with blood... Thanks in advance!
