Interview on Friday 8/21

Hey everyone first off let me say i'm new to this site but i'm on here a lot! I'm a new grad and have passed my boards...it's really very exciting...I have applied at a lot of hospitals for several positions and had one interview in which i was not offered the job. I can say that rejection stung a bit and hurt my self-esteem for about a week...then i got back on the grind as far as job hunting goes...well I have an interview on friday august the 21 and would absolutely love working in this particular hospital and this particular unit...I just need some advice maybe some pointers or questions I can ask....it's a med/surg unit...how can i really sell myself to this nurse manager? Oh and the person that called me to setup the interview was the nurse recruiter and had initially set up an interview with her first and well I have a friend that works on this unit and so I gave her a ring and she called her manager and put in "a good word" for me, then the nurse recruiter sends me an email cancelling the interview with her and instead saying I'm going to be interviewing with the nurse manager...so I wonder if this is a good thing?
