Congratulations, I agree with MedSurgeMess, it sounds like a good sign. ImMrBill3 had a good suggestion as well. Something that I do when I am interviewing esp new grads is to ask about areas where they felt most confident in while in their clinicals. And also about areas of weakness. I look for those students that went out of their way to actually 'do' some of the skills that will be needed ie, inserting caths, injections, etc. Also, talk with your friend to see what the culture of the unit is...the manager will most likely try to find a good 'fit' for the position.
You may want to think of some of the questions from your first interview and practice saying the answers out loud so that you come across as confident in your answers.
