I failed my class (BUT I FEEL GREAT)

I failed my class (BUT I FEEL GREAT)

Ok am I weird or what. ( NUR 108 Fundamentals of Nursing ) I started out in the class with a D on my test and then got 2 C and the last test I got a B, then, I took the final today and passed the final but failed the class by 4 points (which is one question). The odd thing is Im not upset with myself or the fact that I have to take the class over again. I mean I scored higher on the final then some people that pass the class. So i am still going to with joy because I know I can do well and it has shown. I just will get ready to take the class in August. So am I losing my mind or what, being happy even though I have to take the class over?

I think you're under a lot of stress. Get some rest and relaxation. Good luck with repeating the class. I hope you get an A this time around.

I think that you should be proud of yourself that you pulled up the grade. I am sorry you have to repeat the class. I think you have the right attitude. Some people would be so upset by not passing that they would want to quit school. But you are taking it in stride and ready to do what you need to do to get what you want. So good luck.

Thanks, I don't think Im under any stress I got over that by the 4th test. My attitude has just changed and I think more positively now. So I am prepared for the next time I have to repeat the class, I think I feel great because I am proud of where I was in the class and where I ended up being.

i think you should take time to regroup. Feel lucky, we are not able to repeat any nursing courses!

hmm sorry I don't see what your happy about at all here, considering you failed a nursing fundamentals class which you should have had an A in to begin with

Study harder less internet next time!

Thats so true I actually had the same situation and I was extremely stressed and apparently dont care that I actually failed the class. I said oh well and I will just take it again! It seems harsh but oh well. Too much stress will do it to you.

Not that Im praising myself or you for not passing but Im sure you were under lots of stress had other classes and etc. But we both have to be very focused next time bc we can do it. I have a brother that actually is very devoted to school and talks about all of his success to me in hopes that i will listen but can offer a hand or ear sometimes to me. So we have to take pride in what we do when no one else will notice it not even family. I passed all the rest of my classes with 2 b 1 c and f in medical terminology since there are no d's

I say good job and wish you the best of luck next semester!

The first semester of nursing school is killer. It's not because the material is hard per-say, it's because it's a whole new way of thinking and taking tests. It looks like you have that way down now and hopefully the rest of your academic career will go by without any glitches.
