  1. I got a new job and I make $5 more than I made at the last job.
  2. 20 cent. Cost of living raise. Less than half of what I got the year before.
  3. Our contract gives 3% raises yearly plus an extra $1.25/hr for every year of experience I gain. Yes, I think this is fair. I do not think some of the responses I've read are fair!
  4. Raise your hand if you had to look "raise" (this usage) up in the dictionary before replying to this thread

  6. Hmm...I went from $0.00/hr. to $9.00/hr. Probably won't do that well for awhile yet...

  7. Ahhhhh, on a wage freeze and tier freeze. Health insurance went up plus 1500 deductable and forced to pay 6% towards retirement. On the plus, we got to do our yearly evals (apparantly the 1st time in years), which were a mere 5pgs both sides! I can hardly wait to hear of all of the ways I need to improve...... Bleh

  8. I got a $0.50 raise last year. Some got $0.80, some got $1.00. I had an OUTSTANDING performance eval, but I was still newer so maybe that's why I got less. I'm not really complaining, though.
  9. What is the hourly rate for RNs in the USA??
