Home Healthcare Aide

I recently got offered a job as a home healthcare aide to help care for 93 year old patient that is getting out of rehab and has had multiple falls. I'm really nervous as this is my first real job working as a healthcare aide. I just finished my first year of LPN school, and I do have my CNA license, but I have not yet worked as a CNA. The only experience I have is from my clinical rotations for school. We did about 6 months in the long-term setting, so I am familiar with caring for the elderly.

Does anybody have any advice as I take on this new journey in my life? I'm excited, but VERY nervous! I have no experience working as a home healthcare aide, and I understand that it's much different then long-term facilities as I don't have anybody to ask questions or for help.
