OP, cardiac, respiratory, renal. The nursing books are worthless for these. You must go back to your anatomy and physiology. For the meds r/t... compile a list for each area, and then look up the "action, pharm" in your drug books for various classes of meds, and you will understand. That drug info will point directly to, and reinforce your anatomy and physiology for cardiac, respiratory and renal!!!
This is pure medicine related stuff. Here there is no dividing line between nursing and medicine.

. I failed my class and now I'm not graduating next year as planned
